We encourage all of our patients, new and established to schedule a thorough full skin exam with Dr. Price a board certified dermatologist. A full skin exam involves a head to toe exam without makeup. A careful evaluation of moles, freckles and lesions to determine if there are any suspicious lesions.
Financial Responsibility
If the patient is a minor, the parent or guardian who accompanies them to the visit will be responsible for the account.
Underage Patients
Any patient under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Co-Payments (Your health insurance contract is between you and your insurance provider)
1. Co-payments must be paid at the time of your visit and will be collected upon checkout. If you are unable to pay your co-payment, we will request that you reschedule your appointment to a later date.

Insurance
Please have your insurance card ready prior to your appointment. Without your physical card, we will ask you to pay for your visit in full or reschedule your appointment.
Uninsured Patients
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
Payment Options
1. Our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
2. Cosmetic services are not covered by insurance companies. Payment must be made at the time service is rendered.
Missed Appointments
Please note that we require 24-hour notification if you will be unable to keep your appointment. If you do not call to cancel the appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and may be billed a no-show fee. Please call 864-331-2505 this will allow another patient to schedule an appointment in your place.
